Water Rates

Water shall be furnished at the following monthly rates per building:

Residential Customers Inside the City Limits:

  • First 1,000 Gallons (Base Fee): $19.00
  • 1,001+ Gallons: $4.75 per 1,000 Gallons

Residential Customers Outside the City Limits:

  • First 1,000 Gallons (Base Fee): $22.00
  • 1,001+ Gallons: $4.75 per 1,000 Gallons

Commercial Customers Inside the City Limits:

  • First 1,000 Gallons (Base Fee): $26.50
  • 1,001+ Gallons: $4.75 per 1,000 Gallons

Commercial Customers Outside the City Limits:

  • First 1,000 Gallons (Base Fee): $31.50
  • 1,001+ Gallons: $4.75 per 1,000 Gallons

  • 1,001+ Gallons: $9.00 per 1,000 Gallons

Residential Customers Outside the City Limits:

  • First 1,000 Gallons (Base Fee): $73.00
  • 1,001+ Gallons: $9.00 per 1,000 Gallons

Commercial Customers Inside the City Limits:

  • First 1,000 Gallons (Base Fee): $83.00
  • 1,001+ Gallons: $9.00 per 1,000 Gallons

Commercial Customers Outside the City Limits:

  • First 1,000 Gallons (Base Fee): $93.00
  • 1,001+ Gallons: $9.00 per 1,000 Gallons
