This position will offer 40+ hours/week. Responsible duties include:
Municipal Accounting, financial reporting and analyses, budget preparation, grant writing, records management, council meeting and various committee meeting minutes, office management, and good customer service.
Applicant must have a minimum degree of AA in Accounting, and career experience in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis. Operational computer knowledge is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to attend evening meetings are essential.
Pre-employment skill testing will be conducted.

Worker. Individual will be working in all departments of City Operations including water, sewer, electric, parks, and street maintenance. Qualified applicant must be graduates of a powerline program, and have the ability to safely perform all duties with regard to line construction, maintenance, and operation of the overhead and underground distribution systems. Lineman are required to comply with CDL regulations in the State of Iowa. Starting wage is depending on experience, plus benefit package.
